The dinner will be a Fajita Buffet featuring fresh fruit, gazpacho salad, black bean salad, flour tortillas, Mexican rice, grilled julienne of marinated chicken and beef, grilled onions and bell peppers, cheddar cheese, guacamole and Lawry's fresh salsa. There will be assorted pastries for dessert. All this for only $20 per person.
The Desert Peaks Section is sponsoring a desert photography contest to be displayed at the banquet. There will be prizes for black and white and color prints. Also we will have a 50th Anniversary display of old time prints with prizes for the best old time people print and oldest picture. Send your photo entries, as many as you like, together with photo title and your identification to PATTY KLINE, 20362 Callon Drive, Topanga Canyon, CA 90290. Enclose a large self-addressed, stamped envelope if you want your entries to be returned. The prints will be nicely displayed on easels in the gallery at the banquet. The social hour will start at 6:00pm, with dinner at 7:30pm. Come early to visit with friends and look at the photos. Free and secure parking is available.
