29 people met at the noisy off ramp of I-15 at 7:30 for the caravan to MOAPA road head. The road is in good shape. 22 people made the summit. 24 made the ridge. This is indeed a neat ridge! We managed to find a little class 3 on the way up. Back to the cars about 3 and on our way to Xmas Tree Pass. We parked at the high point on the road. Much better camping is to be had about 1/2 mile further in on the road. Here a road heads north with ample room. The route can start from this point. Spirit went well and all 24 that started made the summit. There was considerable cactus on this trip. The weather was good both days however we did have snow on Moapa.
