Nineteen Climbers showed up Sat AM for the Waucoba workout. We drove up close to The Narrows as recommended by Bob Van Allen in an earlier Newsletter. With four off-trail vehicles we progressed to a point below the saddle between Squaw Pk and Waucoba Mtn. All save two, made the peak and signed in. One of the signers was a six year old boy. Five of the more gung-ho types took off and did Squaw for their keeping in shape.

On Sunday only four climbers remained for the Andrews ascent. The event proved to ho a leisurely one, and the Sierra view in one not to be forgotten. Of special interest is a new road. that may be built by miners to Squaw Flat, taking off from a point on the Andrews Pk road.
