Remember that our first seasonal Social meeting of the Section will be held in new premises, being the Bellevue Recreation Center, 826 Lucille Avenue, not far off the Hollywood Freeway.
The October meeting will be on Wednesday Evening the 4th, and will be a program by Harry Melts concerning Batopilas Canyon in Chihuahua, Mexico.
Our first hike of the new season will be on Oct 7-8, climbing Grapevine Pk and Pahrump Pk in the Death Valley region. Our knowledgeable leaders will be Bill Banks and Steve Smith.
