From Our Chairman- Bud Bingham Let's all be on hand-March 1st is the section's Annual Business Meeting. If you have any views that should be aired, this is the best time to sound off. Nominations for new officers will be part of our business. Also recommendations for additions or deletions to the Qualifying Peaks list. Maybe there are outings you would like to see led or new trip ideas. If you do not speak up you may never get the type of schedule that would be most enjoyable to you. Remember the meeting place is Silver Lake Playground, 7:30 PM. We'll also be favored with a fine program by our veteran Hugh Parshall. Also note that this will be our last meeting of the season. New Emblem Holders Both of the fo1lowing parties have withstood the rigors of the DPS and have been awarded Emblems: Joe McCosker John Peckham Incidentally Mr Peckham is our first Emblem Peaker to have accomplished all 15 Peaks out of home base, namely Sacramento. One weekend found him on the Sacto-Kofa run while the next one he road-burned from Sac to Sheephole. That's determination for you!!
