Two claims seemed to be owned by one Harry Briggs who has posted signs that say: NO TRESPASSING-SURVIVORS WILL BE PROSECUTED-TOO MANY THIEVES, signed Harry Briggs. There are massive intrusions of marbleized limestone near the depths of South Park Canyon, all roads in this area strictly only for Jeeps. COMING EVENTS

New Years Weekend Exploratory adventure into the Superstition Mtn. of Arizona. Gordon MacLeod & John Thornton will try to reach the famous Weaver's Needle, as leaders. Jan 14-15 Pyramid and Eagle Peaks in the eastern Death Valley area, Hugh Parshall and Lothar Kolbig leading the way. Jan 28-29 Cerro Pescadores in Baja California, first time scheduled, Harry Melts in front, with Frede Jensen bringing up the rear. Feb 11-12 Peak 6,612' & New York Mtn near Amboy, hosted by the Binghams. Be prepared for a 3rd class summit block. Feb 25-26 Picacho Pk. This is the famous LIL Picacho-less than 2,000' elev but thrills every foot of the way! The Erbs run this show .
