The current desert outings season has been quite prodigious. We are happy to welcome five new members (names underlined) to the DPS and four new subscriber to the Desert Sage. |

Those that have not re-subscribed to the Desert Sage by April have received a personally addressed friendly reminder and opportunity to amend past mistakes. Over 120 reminder letters were mailed out. The next step will be to publish a list of former members that are reticent to renew their subscriptions! During the same two month period, two address changes/corrections were reported: |

Finally, I would like to acknowledge and congratulate the achievers in our Section: Larry Tidball and Judy Ware finished the DPS list on Nelson; David Campbell finished the DPS on Navajo; and Tom Sumner got his emblem on Signal Peak (his is a belated acknowledgment of his achievement since Tom's original request letter was lost., we apologize!). |
