PLAN YOUR SPRING VACATION NOW
MAY 7 - MAY 14 SAT - SUN DESERT PEAKS

I: A Grand Tour of the Inyo Mtns: Join us for all or part of this leisurely backpack through many of the old mining camps in the Inyos. We will visit parts of Craig, Hunter, Beveridge, Keynot and Pat Keyes Canyons and hike on obscure old mining trails over the intervening ridges. There will be grand views of Saline & Owens Valleys and we may explore some peaks along the way. Camps and layover days will be spent near springs or old mine cabins. This is a strenuous desert backpack with more than 16,000 ft elev gain and more than 35 miles of travel for those who spend the entire week. Send two sases with recent backpack & conditioning & your vehicle. Leader: RON JONES, Asst: JOHN MCCULLY.
