The summit is 3/4 mile southeast of
elevation 11123. |

There is a locked gate two miles
south of Barcroft Laboratory. Permission must be obtained from the Navy to
drive past this point. Hiking is allowed with a special permit obtained from
the Forest Service. |

The summit is three miles northwest
of Cerro Gordo Mine. The mine is private property and permission to park and
hike in the area should be obtained from the caretaker. |

Manly has a class summit block on
which some climbers will require a rope. |
e) |
The register is on the south
pinnacle which is slightly lower than the rounded summit about 1/4 mile to the
north. |
f) |
The northern and lower of the two
Mopah Peaks. |
g) |
Spectre is .3 mile southwest of Pt
4416, called Tensor Peak. The peak .3 mile east of Spectre is called Dyadic
Peak. |

The new 7-1/2 topo, Big Maria NW
shows the old summit as 3379'. The new summit and true high point, 3381', is
about .8 mi south and on the Big Maria SW topo. A register is located at each
point. |

There is a 12' vertical wall about
50' below the summit ridge and another 12' vertical pitch (downward) on the
summit ridge. A ladder is stored on a ledge below the first pitch. The second
pitch is usually descended by rappelling and re-ascended by prussiking. Both
pitches can be climbed free at about class 5.8. |

This peak is located in the Sierra
Cucapa, south of Mexicali. |

This pyramidal peak is southwest of
the mouth of Canon de Guadalupe along the southwestern edge of Laguna Salada.

This is the high point of the
Sierra San Pedro Martir and is about 100 miles south of Mexicali. It is also
known as La Providencia and El Picacho del Diablo. |

This peak lies southwest of Sonoita
on the Sonoran mainland. The U.S. Sectional Aeronautical chart. "Douglas"
1:500,000, shows the peak. |
n) |
These peaks are on U.S. Naval
property and cannot currently be led officially by the Sierra Club. |
