SANTA ROSA MINING COMPANY is resuming production and deep development of its SILVER — LEAD MINES, located in the famous Cerro Gordo — Lee Mining District, westerly of Death Valley National Monument, in Inyo County, California. This offering and sale of the above securities, for a gross consideration of $196,000.00 is for the full benefit of the Company, the sales to be made by Company officers and other authorized Salesmen or licensed Brokers, on a Commission Basfs. No Underwriting Agreements are in effect. A cash Commission of not to exceed thirty (30) cents per Share will be paid to authorized Salesmen or licensed Brokers, if necessary, Company officers excepted, but not to exceed Fifteen (15%) per cent of the amount of Cash received in eaéh transaction, to total $29,400.00. And in addition, the Company will disburse, if necessary, a total of $4,900.00 or the equivalent of Five (5) Cents per Share, for advertising and other solicitation expenses.
