The summit is 3/4 mile southeast of elevation 11123.

There is a locked gate two miles south of Barcroft
Laboratory. Permission must be obtained from the Navy to drive past this point.
Hiking is allowed with a special permit obtained from the Forest Service.

summit is three miles northwest of Cerro Gordo Mine. The mine is private
property and permission to park and hike in the area should be obtained from
the caretaker. |

official USGS name is Toiyabe Dome. Locals call the mountain Arc Dome because
of its shape. |

peak is located in the Cocopahs Range south of Mexicali. |

pyramidal peak is west of the mouth of Canon de Guadalupe along the
southwestern edge of Laguna Salada. |

is the high point of the Sierra San Pedro Martir and is about 100 miles south
of Mexicali. It is also known as La Providencia and El Picacho del Diablo.
