Many trip reports contained in these newsletters contain desciptions to hiking routes that may be inaccruate and/or outdated. The Sierra Club, Desert Peaks Section hereby makes no representations as to the safety of any hiking or driving route described in these newsletters.

Some aspects of hiking, including peak climbing and adverse weather conditions, are potentially hazardous. You should understand that serious accidents occasionally occur during hikes such as those described in these newsletters and that participants occasionally sustain mortal or serious personal injury.
